In this iconic downtown building across from the Teatro Principal in Mahón, we have restored and renovated the existing interior and exterior woodwork: entrance doors, windows, the iconic balconies with glass panes, shutters, solid interior doors, and glass panels.

In addition, the fabrication and installation of new exterior joinery: 2- and 3-panel windows and shutters, as well as the fabrication of new paneled interior doors and 1- and 2-panel glass doors.
