16 homes in Son Parc: aluminum, design, and architectural continuity,

At Verd Neix, we have participated in the construction of this 16-unit housing development in Son Parc, creating various exterior woodwork and aluminum cladding solutions designed to blend seamlessly with the contemporary architecture’s clean, minimalist lines.

The project included the fabrication and installation of exterior aluminum window and door frames using CORTIZO systems from the COR Vision series, finished in a custom RAL color. Their large glazed surfaces allow natural light to flood in and enhance the visual connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The project is complemented by custom-made aluminum cladding, combining serrated slats and smooth panels, also lacquered in a special RAL color. The interplay of volumes and textures adds depth and character to the facades, while maintaining an aesthetic consistent with the overall architectural design.

The interior woodwork is understated, smooth, and minimalist to achieve the desired result.

A project in which woodwork, glass, and finishes come together as part of a single solution, combining design, functionality, and precision in execution.

Thank you to Llar de Mar for trusting the Verd Neix team to be part of this project at Son Parc.
