Custom carpentry in the new Alaior Day Care Center

In Verd Neix Menorca we have had the pleasure of participating in the new Day Center of Alaior, providing our experience in interior and exterior carpentry, with functional, warm and adapted to the environment solutions.

Interior carpentry in natural wood

All the interior carpentry of the project is made of melis pine wood, a noble material that provides warmth, durability and a very pleasant natural finish. This type of wood has been used in the doors, sliding and folding, maintaining the aesthetic continuity and providing a cozy atmosphere in each space of the center.

Iroko windows and balconies

The exterior carpentry is made of iroko wood, a tropical wood of great resistance and stability, ideal for exteriors. The windows and balcony doors incorporate laminated glazing with an inner air chamber, providing extra security and insulation. In addition, the glazing includes low emissivity and solar control properties, which contribute significantly to improving the thermal and acoustic comfort of the building.

Functional and durable furniture

We have also manufactured the kitchen furniture and other custom-made furniture with MDF board and waterproof board, materials specially selected for their resistance and durability in spaces of continuous use. The result: functional, robust pieces with a high quality finish, designed to integrate harmoniously into the building as a whole.
