Menorcan country house: tradition and functionality in balance

In this project we find a traditional construction in the countryside of Menorca, where the main objective has been to respect the original essence of the house, while incorporating current solutions that improve its performance and durability.

Meaningful combination of materials

Wood-effect PVC has been chosen for the windows, a solution that maintains the warm aesthetics of wood, while providing efficiency and low maintenance.
In the interior, the rustic oak doors with a vintage finish reinforce the traditional character of the house, creating an aesthetic continuity with the surroundings.

Tradition adapted to durability

The design of the traditional louvered shutters, so characteristic of Menorcan architecture, has been maintained, but in this case made of aluminum, which allows for greater resistance and durability over time.
