IBAVI Development – Es Migjorn Social Housing

We have completed various projects in this development of apartments delivered by IBAVI in Es Migjorn Gran. This project consists of 9 homes, where we have completed all the interior and exterior woodwork.

The exterior woodwork, made of larch wood and combined with high-quality glass, has allowed us to create high-performance carpentry, offering a perfect combination of functionality, energy efficiency, and elegant design.

The shutters were designed to maintain the Menorcan aesthetic, using traditional-style slats.

The interior carpentry has been tailored to the project, once again using natural wood for the interior doors and cabinets, thus giving the home a warm touch.
